Traditional Martial Arts has been a community tradition since 1975. We teach Traditional Taekwondo and Shorin Ryu. With a great variety of foot and hand strikes, self-defense maneuvers that will give everyone the skill and ability to defend themselves. We offer classes for the whole family starting at the age of 5. Introductory class for children of 5-12 years of age with no experience. A regular beginner's, advanced class for children of 5-12 years of age. A teen and adult class for everyone age 13 and up.
