Come join and be a part of a class that will guide you to a healthier and enjoyable way of living! This class is designed for those new to yoga, or returning after an injury or illness. Improve flexibility, strength, posture and mental clarity. This gentle blend of yoga postures and stretches, taught at a slower pace will teach you how to relax your body and quiet your mind.
No food or drink one hour prior to class. Bring one large towel/ blanket and a mat. No class 1/21
