Today, however, a shifting away from being called a videographer to a cinematographer is taking place in the industry.  We're now filmmakers - making real-life films, and we’re transforming your wedding day into a Hollywood Set. My personal experience is that cinematographers love to direct the couple away from the photographer for a quick few minutes and get special cinematic moments. Don't be alarmed, I promise it's fun! What I’ve found, is that photographers will put you in poses that are best suited for still photos. Moving images and sound combined in an artistic fashion bring about much more emotion in the audience. We as cinematographers need to direct you to do scenes for your films, in as little time as possible and without disrupting the flow of the day.  This seminar will be led by Ivan Alzuro, who was recently noted on The Knot and is an award-winning, bi-lingual, video producer. Ivan’s vision, creative talent, and exemplary work ethic, combined with artful media presentation and a television background, make him a leading force in the field of wedding cinematography and video production.
