Races: Swim 1500 Meters, Bike 40 K, Run 10 K 1.5 km 2 loop swim at Bennington Lake. Water temperature will be approximately 63-68 degrees. Wet suits are recommended. 40 km Bike is an out and back scenic ride up Mill Creek Road with a slight elevation gain returning back to the transition area at the lake. 10 km Run will be a moderate course on a gravel road as well as the paved bike path along the river through Rooks Park with no major hills.
