Races: Run 2 Miles, Bike 4 Miles, Run 3 Miles This event is a triathlon that will include running, mountain biking, and other fitness activities. The prize will be $1000 and will go to the winner. This event is new to the City of Tallahassee and is created by FitTallahassee.com. Come out and participate in a fun way and meet new people. Registration: before 02/09/2013 is $55 Registration between 02/02/2013 and 03/09/2013 is $75. Registration ends 03/09/2013 Event Start Location Event starting Location: Tom Brown Park where you can also pick up your packet of information. Web Registration is: http://fittallahassee.net/index.php/fit-2-finish Course Description The exact events are being held a secret because once you finish the first round only a certain number of people move onto the next round. The first 50 people to finish the first round will receive the next event location. There will be running and biking involved in this event so please bring fitness equipment and gear. Awards There will be a $1000 prize for the winner of the scavenger hunt event. Packet Pickup / Expo Packet Pickup will be available at Fit & Functional (2030-6 Thomasville Road) the day before the event 3/14/213 from 12-6 P.M. and also on event day 3/15/2013 at 6:45 A.M at event location. Timing / Results This is a three day event assuming that you make it through all the rounds. Weather The event will still be held despite any bad weather. It is predicted that there will be good weather for the month of March in Florida.
