This is a low to no impact, chair based exercise program designed to accommodate the needs of the older adult population. Exercises can be performed standing and/or seated based on individual ability levels. You will engage in aerobic movement choreographed to music; balance and coordination challenges; strength/endurance training utilizing stretch bands, light weights and body weight as resistance; flexibility and relaxation?€?mixed with fun, socializing and laughter!
