The foundation of the BOXING BootCamp Workout are Focus Mitt "Counter-Punch-Combination Sets". Which starts off slow then, as you Build your Skill Level you also Build your Speed, Agility, Energy, Endurance and Power!

Counter punching is slippery, defensive style of fighting where a boxer uses their opponent's mistakes in order to capitalizes on the punch shot openings created, whether it be to score, or more preferably a knockout."
You will go from learning how to throw a basic Jab to progressing to Two, Three, Four and Five shot Counter Punch combinations plus more!
Boxing workouts are always fun, challenging, mentally stimulating and a guaranteed Knock-Out!
