This class is a beginning and intermediate Pilates class using the stability ball. Pilates exercises support the development of long, strong, graceful bodies, helps reduce stress, increases a sense of well-being and are rehabilitative. Pilates focuses on strengthening the core abdominal and back muscles. Pilates also improves posture, flexibility and balance. Please bring a mat, stability ball and a resistance band to class and wear comfortable, loose clothing. Please note: Thursday class is a Pilates mat class without the ball.
