Remember when you were a kid and running was all about having fun? Think back to before running became about intervals, split times, and PRs. Back when you ran to increase your fun, rather than your vo2 max. Its interesting how as kids we ran for fun, not fitnessbut we were probably the fittest we ever were in our lives then. A mud puddle was something we ran through, not around. The amount of mud on your shoes when you went to bed was an indication of how much fun you'd had that day. Its time to put the fun back in your run! We'd like to invite you to join us for another round of muddy fun at the MudMan, Vineman's first ever obstacle course & mud run! The MudMan 3.5 will feature three mud pits plus a variety of man-made and existing obstacles. You can expect about a dozen challenges over the course of the event. There will be things to climb over, slither through, crawl under, slosh through, pull yourself up and over, etc. The obstacles will be designed to be challenging and fun; there will be no burning or electrified obstacles. T MudMan Kids is a one mile obstacle course and mud run which will feature one mud pit plus a variety of man-made and existing obstacles. You can expect about five challenges over the course of the event.
