Get in shape, strengthen your core, arms and legs and improve energy, flexibility and general fitness using Pilates and Yoga techniques and more. The last 12 ? 15 minutes are focused on deep stretching. A great mix of world and dance music is played while you work. It?s a well-rounded and fun workout. Please bring a workout mat, a stretch band and 2 weights (e.g. 3-5 lb. or 5-10 lb. if you are stronger).
