Mercer Island, Washington, sets the stage for this beautiful course. You'll begin with a half-mile swim in Lake Washington at Luther Burbank Park. Then gear up for an 12-mile out-and-back bike ride in the closed-to-traffic express lanes of I-90 - You read correctly... We shut down an entire freeway just for this event! Finally, limber up your running legs for a 2.5-mile run along the jog path through beautiful Mercer Island. It's just beautiful this time of year!
