Zumba Gold classes strive to improve the student's balance, strength, flexibility and most importantly, the heart. This class is for the newcomers with very little experience in exercising, or those who are physically limited or inactive older adults. This class is only 45 minutes in length and has a longer warm up and cool down time than regular Zumba classes and includes a Zumba chair workout for those who need to sit to exercise. The program is for adults 18 and over.
