I remain convinced that Dashon Goldson is not part of the plan moving forward. While he did put together a very strong season, as Trent Baalke said before, you can't re-sign everybody at retail prices. Eventually you have to make some decisions, and sometimes it will be painful. I just have a feeling from a budgetary perspective, Goldson is falling into that category. I certainly could be proven wrong, but I think the team will look for ways to save some cap space at the safety position.
