DAYTON —
A man on a bicycle suffered life-threatening injuries Wednesday afternoon after he hit a RTA bus near McArthur and Sage avenues.
Dayton police said someone on the bus witnessed the collision and alerted the driver, who hadn’t realized the crash had occurred and continued to drive. The incident occurred about 2 p.m.
According to an RTA official, the incident was not the bus driver’s fault. The bus driver will be back on the route tomorrow.
The victim, who suffered life-threatening injuries, was taken by ambulance to a hospital.
