No one was hurt after a driver drove his car into a condominium on Straight Arrow Road, then backed up across the street and hit another condominium.

Police at the scene told News Center 7 the man was likely drunk and was trying to get home for the night. Police also said he was speeding at the time of the initial crash.

One of the condos he hit as his own, according to police. He apparently struck a load-bearing wall, making his residence unsafe to stay in until repairs can be made.

The driver, whose identification has not been made available, was taken into custody and issued a court summons. He has been released. Police say he’ll likely be charged with OVI and other charges related to the damage he reportedly caused.
