VERONA —
A boil advisory announced Monday will affect the entire village of Verona in Preble and Montgomery counties until at least Tuesday, Leslie Evans, the village’s fiscal officer, said Monday night.
The advisory is due to a “system depressurization to make repairs or improvements to the water system,” said Evans. The work is being done by a private company.
As long as the advisory is in effect, those in the affected areas should boil all water for cooking, cleaning and bathing.
