RICHMOND —
Firefighters found a burned body in a wooded area Monday evening in the 600 block of South J Street.
The owner of a nearby business said he thought a log was on fire and grabbed an extinguisher to put it out. He then found the body, according to reports.
The race and age of the deceased person has not been determined.
An autopsy is scheduled for Wednesday.
