FAIRBORN —
A man was arrested on charges of OVI and failure to control after police said his car hit a building early Saturday morning.
Police said the vehicle was pulling into a parking space in front of Liberty Tax Service at 1874 South Maple Avenue. Officers said the driver lost control, and crashed it into the front of the building.
The driver was not hurt, and was arrested after the crash.
Police said there was no one inside the tax service and no one was hurt in adjacent businesses.
