DAYTON —
A 21-year-old suffered a concussion and other injuries to his head after he was reportedly attacked by two men, one wielding a tire iron.
Several witnesses told police that they saw two men beating up the victim in the middle of the 200 block of Hamilton Avenue just before 8 p.m. Wednesday, according to a police report.
One witness said he heard one of attackers, who was armed with a tire iron, say, “I’m gonna kill you.” When the witness walked outside, the men ran off.
The victim, identified as Christopher Hudson of Dayton, was taken to Miami Valley Hospital for treatment of his head injuries. He is expected to recover, according to the police report.
