DAYTON —
The Montgomery County Prosecutor’s Office has approved an additional charge of involuntary manslaughter against a man who allegedly beat a 58-year-old who later died from his injuries.
The additional charge against Louis Hall, 23, was approved Friday. A grand jury will still need to decide whether or not to indict Hall on the charge in addition to his current charge of felonious assault. Hall has been in the Montgomery County Jail since his arrested Oct. 22.
The charges stem from the June 24 beating of Stanford Lenoir near Good Samaritan Hospital. Lenoir died in November.
