DAYTON —
A man found urinating in a roadway in Dayton is a “nuisance to that neighborhood,” Dayton police said.
Tyler Flohre, 22, was arrested after 10 p.m. Monday when police found him in the middle of Kemper Avenue facing South Smithville Road and observed him with his genitals exposed and urinating.
According to the police report, Flohre was sought after a woman reported he threatened her by alluding to carrying a firearm. The woman reported Flohre got into an argument with her son.
Police arrested Flohre and reported they have been called about him several times in the past, stating “he is a nuisance to that neighborhood and has been found intoxicated and causing problems numerous times.”
On Monday, Flohre was also found to have a bag of marijuana in his pocket that was found during a weapons pat-down.
Flohre was cited for public intoxication and possiession of marijuana. Police booked him into the Montgomery County Jail.
