TROY —
A Troy woman was arrested after police said she cut her sister with a box-cutter knife.
Jessica M. Powell, 22, faces two counts of felonious assault, a count of aggravated burglary, criminal damaging and resisting arrest.
Powell’s sister was not seriously injured. Police said they fought over a boyfriend.
Powell’s bond was set at $100,000.
