A man was injured in what deputies called an accidental shooting early Sunday morning at 5154 Wakefield Dr.
Deputies said three men were looking at a newly-purchased Glock 9 mm. While trying to disassemble it for cleaning, they said the man pulled the trigger and the gun discharged. Brian Rose, 29, of Holiday Valley, was hit in the ankle. They said Rose was alert and talking when medics arrived.
None of the men had been drinking, and alcohol was not considered a factor.
Rose was transported to Miami Valley Hospital, and was listed in good condition Sunday morning.
Deputies said no charges will be filed in the case.
