GREENE COUNTY —
The Greene County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in locating a sex offender after he failed to register.
William Felton, 37, a registered sex offender convicted of rape and kidnapping out of Montgomery County, is supposed to register with the sheriff’s office. His last known address was in Fairborn, and deputies said he hasn’t registered recently.
Those with information on Felton are asked to call the Greene County Sheriff’s Office or their local police agency.
