TROY —
Dayton Power and Light restored power to all but five customers in downtown Troy, but crews continue to look for the cause of the outage Friday.
The outage affected 170 customers and occurred near South Market Street at approximately 3:45 p.m., DP&L officials said.
Traffic lights were out temporarily in the downtown area.
Customers reported there has been digging in the area but it is still unclear what caused the outage.
