The Ohio Attorney General’s Office is providing training on public records laws for elected officials and the general public.
The Sunshine Law Certification Training is being held today at Mercer County Central Services, 220 W. Livingston St., and another session is scheduled Dec. 12 in Columbus.
The sessions are geared to increase knowledge of public offices duty to provide access to public records. Session will include discussions on the Ohio Public Records Act and the Ohio Open Meetings Act.
