DAYTON —

A medical condition may have been the cause of a crash sending a younger man to Good Samaritan hospital Sunday afternoon on southbound I-75 just under the US Route 35 overpass.

Originally, witnesses reported it appeared as if the crash involved numerous vehicles, but actually it was good Samaritans who stopped to assist the driver of a Plymouth Neon who crashed into the left side median concrete barrier. The witnesses also stated they saw what looked like the man was having a seizure or some sort of medical condition. They stayed with the man until medics arrived.

The Neon was leaking fluids and was attended to by fire crews.

Investigators are working the crash to verify the cause of the crash.
