RICHMOND, Ind. —
Nearly 20,000 customers of Richmond Power And Light were without power for a portion of the morning.
Lightning struck a subtransmssion system and kocked it out. Power was out from about 8:23 a.m. through 9:30 a.m., said Greg Duke, energy delivery director.
Power has been restored to all, officials said.
