MIAMI COUNTY, Ohio —
Authorities said a Ludlow Falls man is being in the Miami County Jail on a high bond facing a charge of pandering sexually oriented materials using minors.
Kevin Todd, 41, was arrested after deputies executed a search warrant at his mobile home, which is located at 8112 West State Route 55 near the village of Ludlow Falls.
Todd faces four counts of possession of drugs along with one count of pandering sexually oriented materials involving minors.
The court file indicated that Todd is an alleged producer of homemade child pornography.
In court, the Magistrate set Todd’s bond at $25,000 on each of the four drug possession charges and $100,000 on the pandering offense.
