SPRINGFIELD —
A 38-year-old Springfield man was treated and released early Wednesday after a shooting at the Wagon Wheel Tavern.
The victim suffered a single gunshot wound to the back and was taken by a friend to the Springfield Regional Medical Center shortly before 3 a.m.
No arrests have been made and there are no suspects, according to Springfield police.
The victim was inside the business at 1005 S. Burnett Road when an argument ensued and the shooting occurred, according to police.
