CENTERVILLE —
A 19-year-old Dayton woman, Takeya S. Clemons, is charged with pandering sexually oriented material involving a minor. Centerville police said Clemons posted a sexually-explicit video on Facebook involving a 16-year-old girl.
Centerville Police Department public information officer John Davis said the Montgomery County Prosecutor’s Office approved the charge on Thursday. The case is to go before a grand jury.
The two had a consensual sexual encounter, which was captured on video, according to Davis. The 19-year-old is accused of uploading that video to the popular social networking site after a falling out.
