Suspect in deadly home invasion due in court

DAYTON —
A man who was a suspect in a deadly 2010 home invasion is due in court today.
Demond Rayshawn Johnigan Jr., 19, of Honeybee Drive in Dayton, is due to appear in court this morning on multiple charges of aggravated murder, according to Montgomery County Jail records.
Johnigan was a suspect in a December 2010 home invasion in Jefferson Twp.
Johnigan, who was transferred Jan. 13 from an Indiana jail to Montgomery County, was previously sentenced to more than two decades for pointing a gun at a federal agent during an attempted car jacking.
