TIPP CITY —
Michael Canode, 45, is charged with two counts of pandering obscenity involving a minor, one count of pandering obscenity and three counts of illegal use of a minor in nudity-oriented material or performance.
Canode was arrested Thursday.
Police found in Canode’s North 4th Street home items used to store digital media, including two computers.
The investigation is ongoing, said Tipp City Police Detective Sgt. Chris Graham.
Canode's bond was set at $90,000 at his Friday morning municipal court arraignment.
