Winchester man accused of sex with teen girl
WINCHESTER, Indiana —
A former Randolph County School Assistant Band Director is accused of having sex with a 16-year-old girl.
Ryan Shaneyfelt, 24, was charged with three counts of child seduction. Investigators said Shaneyfelt had an inappropriate relationship with the girl while house-sitting in Fort Wayne, Ind., in August.
The victim told police that she met Shaneyfelt while she was a student and part of the Winchester Community High School Marching Band.
