DAYTON —
A woman was arrested at a Kroger pharmacy Friday evening after police said she attempted to pass a fraudulent medical prescription.
Police received a call at approximately 8 p.m. from store pharmacists. After entering the pharmacy, at 1024 S. Smithville Rd. Dayton, the pharmacist said a woman identifying herself as Erin Dillon, 29, of Dayton was trying to get prescription drugs with a fraudulent prescription.
Dillon later admitted that she needed the money, and was given the prescription from someone and tried to get the drugs because she had Medicare. The prescription was for a count of 240 Methadone pills at 10mg each.
Dillon was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on two felony-level drug offenses.
