PREBLE COUNTY, Ohio —
A motorcyclist driving west on Engle Road near West Alex reportedly hit loose gravel and lost control of his motorcycle, according to the Ohio State Highway Patrol.
Troopers responded to the crash at the intersection of Lexington Salem and Engle roads around 12:15 a.m. Saturday. The man riding the motorcycle was ejected from the vehicle during the crash, troopers said.
The victim suffered head injuries, according to troopers.
Alcohol is being investigated as a factor in the crash. The victim was transported to Miami Valley Hospital.
