DAYTON —
A man and woman walking to their car in the Oregon District were the victims of an armed robbery on Wednesday, according to police records.
The victims told police they were walking southbound on Clay Street when they were approached by a man brandishing a shotgun.
The suspect was able to get away with a purse containing credit cards, about $70 in cash and an iPhone, along with a wallet containing several bank cards.
The suspect is described as a white male with facial hair who was wearing a dark coat, dark knit cap and eyeglasses.
The property has not been located.
