DAYTON —
Police are investigating a Sunday morning shooting at 313 S. Jefferson St. It happened outside of a union hall where a “biker party” was taking place.
Officers said the 40-year-old victim was shot in the buttocks around 1:42 a.m. Police said six to 12 shots were fired, and added that only the victim’s girlfriend is cooperating with police.
The shooting victim was found around the corner on Sixth Street.
Investigators do not have a suspect description at this time.
