The chance for rain showers is possible throughout today, according to Storm Center 7 Meteorologist Rich Wirdzek.
“With the remnants of Hurricane Isaac passing through the region today, the best chance for a shower or thunderstorm will be in areas east of Interstate 75 this afternoon,” he said.
Today’s high will be 82 degrees and the low tonight will be 69 degrees. The high on Wednesday will be 85 degrees, Wirdzek said.
Clouds will break in spots tonight, and areas of dense fog could impact the early morning commute Wednesday. Wednesday will be sunny and dry, according to Wirdzek.
