NORTHRIDGE —
A Springfield man has been charged with his 14th OVI.
William T. Newman was arrested at 8:37 p.m. Feb. 25 on Ridgewood Road after he was involved in a three-vehicle crash, according to a release. In addition to the OVI charge, Newman was cited for assured clear distanced ahead and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, according to the release.
Newman is scheduled to appear in court Thursday.
