XENIA —
A woman was transported to Greene Memorial hospital after a rollover crash on U.S. 42, just north of the U.S. 35 bypass Saturday afternoon.
Initial reports stated there were a number of injuries related to the crash, which occurred at about 4 p.m. Upon arrival, emergency crews located only one vehicle, with a 20-year-old woman. inside. The white Honda Accord ended up on its side after leaving the roadway. It rolled over before it came to a rest in a field.
At approximately 5:15 p.m., the roadway was open to traffic.
The deputy suspected driver wasn’t paying attention at the time of the crash, but the incident is still under investigation.
