TROY, Miami Co. —
A Troy man has been arrested and charged with 25 counts of pandering sexually oriented materials involving a minor.
David Smith, 38, appeared for his arraignment Friday morning via video. Magistrate Gary Zuhl set his bond at $10,000 cash on each count.
Troy police arrested Smith Thursday after receiving a tip that Smith had child porn on his computer and on his cell phone.
Smith is cooperating with police, officials said.
