FOUNTAIN CITY, Wayne County —
Firefighters from multiple fire departments battled a barn fire on Arba Pike, just east of Fountain City, early Thursday morning, according to reports.
Fire crews responded to the 9600 block of Arba Pike around 3:30 a.m. and crews upon arrival reported a fully involved barn fire, according to emergency dispatchers.
Initial reports indicated the barn was filled with some type of equipment and no animals were believed to be inside.
Mutual aid was called in from at least one fire department, according to reports.
The fire remains under investigation.
